The Canada Ocean Racing-Be Water Positive Sailing Team have officially entered The Ocean Race Europe.<\/span><\/h3>

The Canada Ocean Racing – Be Water Positive Sailing Team is thrilled to announce its participation in The Ocean Race<\/a> <\/strong>Europe, one of the most prestigious and challenging offshore sailing events in the world.\u00a0<\/p>

In August 2025, the race will start from Kiel, Germany and see the latest generation foiling IMOCA boats racing to the UK, Spain and Italy before finishing in Montenegro.<\/p>

As the first-ever Canadian team to take part, we are proud to represent our nation in this exciting race, competing against some of the best sailors from around the globe.<\/p>

This race is more than a test of endurance and skill; it is an opportunity to champion ocean health and raise the profile of our Be Water Positive purpose message across Europe. We are on a mission with our partners H2O Innovation<\/a> <\/strong>and the IDRA<\/strong><\/a> to raise awareness around water scarcity.\u00a0<\/p>

Aligned with The Ocean Race\u2019s <\/strong><\/a>Racing with Purpose<\/em> initiative, we are committed to raising awareness about the importance of water security and inspiring meaningful action for ocean health.<\/p>

Led by skipper and team president Scott Shawyer, we are excited to navigate this extraordinary challenge while showcasing innovation, resilience, and leadership.\u00a0<\/p>
